ImFusion 3D Ultrasound Suite provides capabilities for advanced 2D, 3D and 4D processing for medical freehand ultrasound data. With and without available tracking data, it leverages state-of-the-art machine learning models to enable calibration, compounding, volume reconstruction, and multi-modal registration.

Besides our standard software library for high-performance image processing of 2D, 3D and 4D data sets, basic mesh and point cloud processing, as well as advanced visualization, the 3D Ultrasound Suite includes 3D freehand and robotic ultrasound calibration, processing, compounding/reconstruction and visualization (3D Ultrasound module). The Live US module adds real-time capabilities, including on-the-fly compounding/reconstruction, real-time image processing, and ultrasound-based navigation. The bundle also includes processing of live image and tracking streams, including recording and play-back capabilities, as well as OpenIGTLink support (Stream module). Furthermore, the Deep Learning module includes a native integration of PyTorch models for image segmentation, regression and classification, as well as a diverse set of algorithms for pre-/post-processing and data augmentation with Python bindings. Naturally, these models can be executed seamlessly also on live image streams.
Finally, the package includes ImFusion Labels, our software for annotation, experiments and standardized export, so you can focus on the training and development of your AI algorithm.
