ImFusion X-ray & CT Suite contains everything you need for advanced GPU-based Cone-beam Computed Tomographic reconstruction and 2D-3D Registration from CT to X-ray/Fluoro images.
This package includes our standard software library for high-performance image processing of 2D, 3D and 4D data sets , basic mesh- and point cloud processing, as well as advanced visualization.
This bundle contains everything you need for advanced GPU-based Cone-beam Computed Tomographic reconstruction. This includes:
- Projection preprocessing such as flat-field correction, log conversion, and dead-pixel masking.
- Geometric calibration for Cone-beam systems as well as direct support for several vendors.
- GPU based tomographic reconstruction which supports both FDK, and iterative algorithms.
- Artifact reduction methods for metal, beam-hardening, and rings.
- Support for HU calibration.
X-ray & CT Suite also contains high level 2D-3D Registration from CT to X-ray/Fluoro images. We provide several simplified workflows where an initial registration gets estimated which then is refined based on GPU-accelerated and image-based 2D/3D registration. This workflow includes support for masking etc. such that specific regions can be registered individually. Furthermore we provide support for the EOS system.
The Vision module includes advanced mesh and point cloud processing, surface registration algorithms, computational geometry, camera calibration, marker detection, pose graph optimization.
